Reservation and Payment Policies

Reservation Info
Person making reservation must be 18 years or older.
A valid drivers license number, name, address, birth and expiration date must be submitted.
Phone, fax and /or email addresses are required to process should we need to contact you.
Initial reservation requests should be made by completing and submitting
the Reservation Form on our website.
Taos House Rentals will reply within two (2) business days of your initial request.
Requests will be processed based on availability and an invoice will be sent including damage and minimum night
stay deposit requirement. (Damage deposits will not show tax pending check-out credit).
In order to ensure timely confirmation, we can only guarantee reservation
requests for 14 days.
Once deposit payment is processed, Taos House Rentals will issue a reservation
confirmation email and date due for final payment.
Final payments are due no later than three (3) days prior to arrival. Upon process of
final payment, an access code, directions and wireless codes will be issued to you via email. Failure to pay final reservation costs 24 hours prior to check-in will result in
cancellation of reservation and loss of both damage and security deposit.
Damage deposit shall be credited should no damages be assessed
to the condos, their contents and the property.
Payment Info
Payments are preferred using our PayPal payment portal, however we also accept payment via
fax (505) 262-2865, phone (505) 620-4994 and mail, 405 Dartmouth Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.
All drivers license information is required as listed above. Phone or faxed request will be processed through the
PayPal payment portal. Cashiers or money order checks are accepted,
personal checks are not. Please include your invoice/ or reservation number.
Cancellations and Reservation Changes
Cancellation of reservation received prior to two weeks shall be returned in full.
Cancellation of reservation received less than two weeks shall result in fee of 50% of the damage deposit.
Cancellation of reservation received day of arrival shall result in full loss of damage deposit.
Reservation changes shall be handled on case by case basis,
additional costs may be incurred due to availability.

Residence Policies
--------------------------------
Check in is 3:00 PM
and Check out is 11:00 AM.
Please indicate any early or late arrival and late check-out requests and we will be happy
to assist you if we do not have time conflicts with previous or arriving guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Keys shall be left in access box at check-out.
Failure to leave keys in access box will result in loss of damage deposit.
Blackbird Condo is Pet Friendly for pets under 65 lbs. Please note in reservation request.
All condos are NON-SMOKING. Please use the smoking urns provided outside.
Quiet Hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please use the assigned Condo Carport (8' clearance) or designated parking areas only.
Maintenance/ Cleaning/ Emergencies
Our units are stocked with cleaning supplies for all guests.
We offer weekly cleaning services for stays seven (7) nights and greater.

GUEST(S) HEREBY AGREE(S) TO BE HELD PERSONALLY LIABLE IN THE EVENT THAT THE
GUEST(S), COMPANY AND/OR PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH GUEST(S) FAIL TO PAY FOR FULL
AMOUNT OF CHARGES AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE AND CHARGED FOR ANY COSTS
ASSOCIATED WITH LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PREMISES OR ITS CONTENTS. GUEST(S) ALSO
HEREBY AGREE TO THE POLICIES WITHIN AND ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ THIS
